The client FKM was involved in the general refurbishment of the existing floors and the creation of office meeting rooms at Riverview House for Knotel.

MCS was responsible for the demolition and strip out and fit out works including new partitions, 1st and 2nd fix, fireproofing of works, suspended and plasterboard ceilings.
