The project consisted of an office fit out on the ground floor of Block 7 Riverside in Citywest  Business Campus.

The project involved general refurbishment of the ground floor, the creation of office /meeting room and open plan areas, with the capacity to remain the same as the existing layout. existing meeting space.

MCS was responsible for the demolition and strip out and fit out works including new partitions & glazed partitions, 1st and 2nd fix, fireproofing of works, suspended and plasterboard ceilings.
