New Build House- 47 "The Demese" Clontarf
47 "The Demese" was an existing structure reduced to an existing party wall and rebuilt to a new 2300 Sq Ft dwelling. The dwelling was "SEAI" granted and required to be compliant with the SEAI regulation and guidlines.
The External dwelling is finished in smooth render with modern aluminium windows.

The interior is a mix between contemporary and traditional in its construction with allows for a traditional kitchen & fixtures & fittings with a comtemporary design to create a spacious and warm dwelling.
